Notice is hereby given that the Merced County Regional Waste
Management Authority (MCRWMA) has released project number IFB20190110MCRWMA – Gas
Collection and Control System Improvement Project at Highway 59 Landfill. MCRWMA invites the submission of Bids from
qualified Contractors to construct the Gas Collection and Control System
Improvement Project located on 7040 N. Highway 59, Merced, CA 95348. The
Invitation for Bids (IFB)document can be found at http://www.mcagov.org/bids.aspx
For prospective bidders,
there will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting prior to the IFB deadline. The
pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 7040 N. Highway 59, Merced, CA 95348 on January
25, 2019 at 9:00 AM, PST.
The deadline to ask questions is 12:00 PM, PST,
January 29, 2019. Bids are due by 10:00 AM, PST, February 11, 2019.
Bidders are responsible for making certain
their bid documentation is complete and is received by MCRWMA on or before the
closing deadline. MCRWMA is not liable for any costs incurred by bidders in
responding to the IFB. MCRWMA reserves the right to accept or reject any and
all bids or to cancel this solicitation at its discretion. Requests for changes or clarifications must
be submitted in writing by the deadline indicated in the IFB. Any alterations
to the IFB will be made by written addenda only.
Bids shall be mailed or delivered to: Merced County Association of Governments, Attn: Daisy Zaragoza, Purchasing and Contracts Specialist I, 369 W. 18th Street, Merced, CA 95340.
Communications from bidders shall be
submitted in writing to Daisy Zaragoza, Purchasing and Contracts Specialist I
for this procurement. Except as set
forth herein, there shall be no other communication with any other MCRWMA employees
or consultants with respect to the bid documents or project.
