Notice is hereby given that the Merced County Regional Waste Management Authority (MCRWMA) has released project number RFP20230307MCRWMA – MCRWMA Litter Collection Services. MCRWMA is seeking proposals from licensed companies to provide litter collection services to the MCRWMA landfills located at 7040 N. Highway 59 Merced, CA 95348 and 17173 S. Billy Wright Rd, Los Banos CA 93635. Proposers may submit a proposal for one or both locations. MCRWMA intends to use the results of this RFP to award one (1) or two (2) contracts.

Proposers are responsible for making certain their proposal documentation is complete and is received by MCRWMA on or before the closing deadline. MCRWMA is not liable for any costs incurred by proposers in responding to the RFP. Proposers are to clearly identify any information that is confidential and/or proprietary and submit a redacted copy of their bid with the confidential and/or proprietary information. MCRWMA is not responsible or liable for the disclosure of any information that is not clearly labeled as confidential and/or proprietary and provided in redacted form. MCRWMA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals or to cancel this solicitation at its discretion. Requests for changes or clarifications must be submitted in writing by the deadline indicated in the RFP. Any alterations to the RFP will be made by written addenda only.
